2. Our Services
CohoTrip connects riders with local drivers for transportation services. Riders can book, track, and communicate with drivers through the app. Drivers can manage their availability and accept ride requests.
3. User Accounts
- You must register using valid information, including sign-in via Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking and Payments
- All ride fares are calculated transparently and displayed before confirmation.
- No surge pricing is applied; our fares are fair and consistent.
- Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment system.
5. Driver Requirements
- Drivers must submit valid documents such as a government-issued ID, driver’s license, and vehicle registration.
- We verify and approve driver profiles before allowing them to accept rides.
- Drivers must maintain professional behavior and vehicle condition at all times.
6. Ride Conduct
- Both riders and drivers are expected to behave respectfully during rides.
- Inappropriate, abusive, or illegal behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
- In-app communication is to be used respectfully and only in relation to the ride.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on ride status and location.
- Refunds will be issued where applicable, in accordance with our policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
CohoTrip is a technology platform and does not provide transportation services. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from your use of our platform or services provided by third parties (drivers).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect violation of these Terms or unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the CohoTrip app and website, including logos, text, and visuals, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States.
