End User License Agreement

CohoTrip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CohoTrip mobile application (the "App") solely for your personal, non-commercial use subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works of the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

The App, including all content, graphics, user interfaces, and logos, are owned by CohoTrip and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant CohoTrip a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and improving the App.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CohoTrip DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CohoTrip BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

CohoTrip reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
